I was shocked to see that 1 servings 4 pills contains 180 mg of caffeine. Compared to 2 grams of Creatine. I can not say too much on the effect of the product because I’m not trying to add an additional energy drinks worth of caffeine to my diet. But after taking 1 serving the caffeine is definitely felt.
