Why only 75% bio based? What are other 25%

What is the chemical makeup of the “biofilm”? Does the product contain phosphates?

As far as i can and having read the ingredients this is not a toxic product.

Since it’s plant based, does it clean the dishes as well and kill germs?

This soap cleans my dishes very well. One reason to use a dishwasher is that the water is very hot. The combination of hot water and soap is effective at killing germs. As far as I know it really shouldn't matter which dishwasher soap you use, they all kill germs.

Do these contain palm oil or palm fruit derivatives?

I would also love an answer from the seller/manufacturer. Glycerin is very commonly derived from palm oil, and products that are free of palm oil generally state it in large, friendly letters.
