I know it is expensive (although at under $15 it is the best price I have paid for a tube) but it was cheaper than going to a dermatologist. When I first apply it to my skin there is a strong scent of garlic (which does not bother me), but as it dries the smell disappears. I have asked people at work if they smell garlic on me and they said no, so I take their word for it. I thought it was interesting that I can smell the garlic again when I wash it off my face. This is one of those products I will always keep in the house. UPDATE: It's been three years since I left my original review. I am still using this product as needed for any flare-ups on my face. I like that it dries without spreading, which means I can use it without it seeping into my eyes or mouth when I use it on my face. It also works great on itchy, irritating bug bites; I get relief within 10 seconds of applying the product. I just hope someone will offer it again on desertcart for an affordable price.
