How does it handle cold weather, wearing it outside?

It was sufficient. In addition to my items mentioned in the review, during my use I did not notice a drain on the battery in cold weather or impact to voice or audio. As I am currently using a competitor they are about the same, I do not notice a difference between the two in cold weather.
