WOW. This is an amazing deal for the cost--huge value. Not only to do you get 2 of these cables, but they are packaged so nicely! Very sleek and classy packaging. Then, opening the box, the cable is folded in a figure 8 with one of those nifty attached velcro straps so that you can rewind the cable and "close it up" so to speak when you are packing up your gear. The braided cording is GORGEOUS. Just really classy and durable. This may sound funny, but it is high praise: it reminds me of some of the more expensive phone charge cords that I have purchased that have lasted me longer and were well worth the cost. The connections/ conductors seem to be really great quality as well. I am fast becoming a huge fan of Donner Products... PIctures (sorry they are sideways): Picture of the nice packaging, which also had clear wrap originally, picture of the darker of the 2 cables (one is Black and Gray, one is Black and White)--this is still wound from the original position, and a picture of the Black and White cable plugged into my A/E Ukulele. I am waiting on an amp to arrive so that I can test these with my new acoustic/electric ukulele, and I will update this review when that happens. Stay tuned!

This is my first braided cable, and I don't think I will ever go back to standard cables. I love the this cable, it is sturdy and durable. I doesn't tangle and it looks cool with the black and white braiding. Would definitely buy again!

Nicely packaged, functional, I love it!

I bought this cable because of the color, because it was gold tipped and because it was an Amazon's Choice. I like the cable but it is very stiff and has not loosened up after playing several times. I have other braided cables that aren't stiff and the problem is that when you are through playing and wind up your cord it's hard to coil properly. I think there is a positive in that the cable is strong and sturdy and I expect it will become more limber with time but for now it is kind of a mess. If you coil it up the way it came out of the long, narrow box it's packaged in it's okay but it winds up in an oblong fashion. The natural shape of the cable when wound up is an oval. Every other cable I've bought is wound up in a circular shape. The bottom line is that I think Donner should package this cable differently so it maintains more of a natural shape. Well, after I had this cable for a few weeks it developed a short in the angled end. It made a static noise through the amplifier. Then I noticed that the warranty is only for 30 days from the manufacturer. That's nothing. For some reason I ordered a replacement of the same kind. Now I'm thinking I shouldn't have.

As advertised, these cables are sturdy and have no humming. Using a strat these cables were invaluable since any added humming is often too noisy. The sound of these cables is crisp and was a clear improvement to the hand-me-down cables I had used previously. The angle of the cables allows for more flexibility to possibly feed through a pedalboard or plug directly into an instrument and/or amp. I don't think there is a way the angle could hurt one's setup and it most likely will come in handy at some point. Presentation-wise, I also like the creative and cohesive color schemes of these cables and the material of the cable itself is fairly unique. I've noticed they are less likely to tangle because of the material and as an added bonus there is a velcro tie attached. Qualities like that are worth a lot while playing gigs or in tight spaces like a dorm and make these cables stand out among others.

Can you ever have too many instrument cables? I saw this 2 pack in the same price range as 1 mid-grade cable, so I said, can't wait to see what my wife will say when I get some MORE guitar cables. I was pleasantly surprised to find that both cables were of the same quality you would expect to spend twice as much on. I like that there are 2 different colors so you can distinguish them apart. I like that the tips are gold plated. I also like that they came with those velcro things that hold them together nicely when wound up and not in use. Definitely a good deal for the money. I been using them a couple of weeks with no problem yet. Very happy...more guitar cables.....☺

The Donner 2 Pack Guitar Cables 10 Feet AMP Cord are of excellent quality and sound great. I used a single cable going straight from guitar to amp and tried two cables going through an effects pedal and could detect no signal degradation. When using the cables, the sound was clean and clear with no discernible distortion. The braided jacket on the cables make them very easy to wind and store. The 10 foot length is great for practice going from guitars to effects pedal then to amp. However, they may be a bit short for doing a gig. Based on the quality of these cables, I will definitely be checking out the Donner 18 foot cable for gigs.

The first thing noticed when this arrived is how small the box is. They took a 10 foot cable and crammed it into a small/thin box. When you remove the cable and extend it, there are creases in the cable from the bends they made to fit it in the packaging. In fact, the box is bulging (red circled photo) due to placing the 10 foot cable in a 7 foot box. The quality is ok. The cable is very stiff as others have noted and it does not relax very eaisly. I currently have the cable extended so the kinks can relax from being poorly packaged. I can't really see the solder joints because of the connections having heat shrink over them (which is a good thing). The jacket will loosen with normal plugging and unplugging, but that is not abnormal for this type of 1/4in connector. Overall, you're buying a $10 cable. It's not going to be as good or last as long as a mogami (or better) wire. If you need a basic cable that will get you through, this is a good one. If you're looking for it to work for years and have excellent consistency/continuity, look for something better. Having said that, I bought this one and it works pretty good. If I get a year out of it, I'll be happy.

I find this acoustic to be a lot easier playing than my other Fender acoustic. Its also lighter. The mounted Fishman preamp and electronic tuner sure are nice to have. Also, the electric guitar style headstock is nice to have since the strings dont have to bend at all before they attach to the tuner knobs. The only thing is...watch where you buy the guitar...I paid approximately $100 too much for it on Amazon. I could of bought it at Long and Mcquade for cheaper, but by the time I discovered the cheaper price, I had already made the purchase through Amazon. I purchased the newporter player nat. Just the same, I am very happy with this acoustic purchase...I love it ! Thankyou go Fender !

Straight out of the packet it' s really stiff, so you know it's cheap. When I plugged it in it made a constant crackling that got worse as I moved it. Completely unusable! I'll be returning this for a refund.

Imballo perfetto ed ottima fattura del prodotto, non ha fruscio e sembra, al momento, molto resistente, il cavo è rigido rispetto ai normali cavi in gomma o siliconici, ma è il primo cavo telato che uso. Il Jack ad angolo è molto comodo ed esteticamente bello.
