I bought this for my 10yr old granddaughter who's had an interest in architecture since she was in first grade. Lately I've seen her drawing interior house plans on graph paper. She was beyond thrilled to get this book and said it was the best gift ever. 😊. Lots of plans from small homes to mega mansions.

No complaints. Great designs , a ton of information. Everything in this catalog is explained in detail so you'll have the tools you need when building a home.

Great book with great choices of different designs and layouts. They have many different square footage sizes, which give many options. I wish they had more 2 story house layouts there wasn’t many of those choices in the booo

A good book for showcasing houses with plans in details with a good overview to its finishing and divisions. I highly advise checking this book. Good price for value

It has lots of plans but difficult to read and little info on materials.
