I needed just a little assistance and these work well! I only use one bungy at the moment. Started out with 2. The more you use the easier! These are great and made well! I had to wrap mine a few times because Im Taller and my ceilings are really low in the space I have it in. Works really well. My sister had one similar, so decided to try it out! Love

These Pull Up Assistance Bands have been a great upgrade for our workouts! We had been using the traditional rubber band-style assists, but over time, they would occasionally snap, which is definitely not ideal in the middle of a pull-up. This set feels much more durable and well-constructed, giving us confidence that it will hold up longer with regular use. The bands are highly adjustable, making it easy to customize the level of assistance based on your strength or progress. So far it seems to work well. With the help of this product I can do pull ups and I believe that it will eventually get me to the point where I will not need the assistance. One important thing that they don't mention is that if you are fat (like me) this is very uncomfortable to use shirtless. I prefer to work out shirtless, (especially at home) and this product rubs very hard against your belly if it protrudes in front of you like mine does. The solution to this problem is, of course, to wear a shirt tucked firmly into your shorts. It can be annoying.

As I've aged my strength has slowly diminished. These bands and setup have enabled me to once again crank out pullups as I once did. I started out with 2 bands and hopefully will only need 1 soon. The setup is simple the bands work great and are covered to prevent any snags. The harness for your feet/knee is well made and comfortable. If you are looking to get back into pullups or just need help getting more reps, this is a great setup to have.

After trying a different brand that did not work well, I ordered these. They work well, and are nicely priced.

Very good product. Good support with multiple strengths. Took me a while to know how to loop the foot rest but working like a charm

I love how easy this was to set up. There are plenty of of bands so if you need to adjust to make it easier or more difficult for yourself the adjustments won’t be so drastic. This product makes it easy to develop your progress.

Whoever came up with this knew there was a problem and solved it. This item is awesome. It allows you to add or subtract bands as you need them until you can do the pull-up correctly all the way down and all the way up on your own.

Not quite as simple as I had hoped. While it is no chin/dip machine, it is a great for a fat old guy doing chin-ups. :-)

Works as described, would prefer if I could have separate space for each feet. But now that I’m used to it I’ve started seing improvements in my pull ups.
