Flimsy and pricey!

It says 13.3 cm width but it is actually less than 12 cm, my 13cm wide power board did not fit.

Purchased this when I ordered the Flexispot Electric Standing Desk, and it is a must have. Cable management is critical for this kind of set up. I found this to be incredibly helpful with running the cabling. I chose to zip tie the power strip underneath the carriage and then loop the cabling inside the carriage tray, so all the access cabling is sitting inside the tray. Note, when using zip ties, always use a flush cutter, which you can get one at any hardware store or online. Keep in mind, you will need a powered drill to make the holes for the install. That is to be expected and you can mount it anywhere on the desk that is best for your setup. In the video, I have the desk at it's lowest height and raise it to it's highest. No issues with the cabling. Definitely recommend this when purchasing the Flexispot Electric Standing Desk.

After the first cable tray came with no mounting hardware, it took almost a week for the replacement to arrive. Now that it’s mounted, I wish I had chosen something else. While it is sturdy, there is too little room to easily work with the tray. As you can see in the pictures, there is almost zero clearance between the cable plug and the desk. I had to slide the power strip out in order to plug the cables in. A little disappointing considering this tray and desk are both from Flexispot.

Does what it’s supposed to! PRO TIP: DO NOT THROW THE LONG CARDBOARD PEICE AWAY! It lines up perfectly to the edge of the desk.. or whatever. Note here’s the BUT… the hex handle to screw in the teeny tiny screws to hold the ‘basket’ to the arms … DOESNT FIT TOGETHER! I repeat the hex handle for the micro screws is too big!! WTF! Thankfully Mr husband HAPPENED to have the hex handles to get them in.. so beware! Great product does what it’s supposed to keeps the cords organized and not looking like a rat nest. But before you get all up under the desk.. or wherever you need the cord keeper.. test those friggin micro screws with the hex handle so if you don’t happen to have any you can at least go get one! This it the ONLY reason why I gave the star rating I did.
