Let me tell you about my first foray with this tea. I added a heaping teaspoon of powder onto a 32 oz glass of hot water and added a few shots of stevia liquid. It was darker than I remember green tea being. My first taste and I wanted to gag. The taste was soooooooo bad that I got an instant headache and I almost dumped it down the drain. I am glad I did not. I added more stevia and tried it again. No change whatsoever, still overpowering. Instead, I got a fresh 32 oz glass of ice water and added about 2 ounces of the tea /stevia tar from the original 32oz glass into the fresh one and mixed it up. Wow, the color was a beautiful light green that I expected to see. The flavor was outstanding. I then dumped the rest of the 32oz glass into a 2 gallon pitcher and ended up with 2 gallons of refreshing sweet tea. The directions call for 1/4 tsp. Just transferred to a zip lock bag.
