im glad that this time i was able to get this through amazon it looks amazing. and better than what the photos of it look like its quality is pretty good. just glad that i didnt get screwed on getting it. could use a little bit more space but over all great capacity. worth every penny. it seems durable to withstand travel but wont know that till i use it down the road. and as for the zippers there a little clunky but once you get used to them they work fine as well.

I consider myself somewhat of a backpack “expert” and had high hopes for this particular purchase. I wasn’t disappointed as the backpack that I received looked exactly like the one pictured. I’m a huge fan of the cyber truck like design and the hard shell is both sleek and structurally sound. The inside provides a good amount of space and enough compartments to surprisingly carry a good amount of items. Their is a TSA approved lock built in as well as an external audio jack. The bag is super comfortable to wear and doesn’t poke out while on your back. I highly recommend this bag for a sleek modern option if you are in the market.

As a day-pack for a half-business, half pleasure trip into the city, this pack worked wonderfully. With the straps properly fastened it sits very comfortably and even fully loaded is comfortable to carry for an entire day without impeding movement. The first one I received, even though it appeared to be in original packaging, had scratches on the hard outer shell (see pics) but it didn't seem like a big deal so I decided to keep it instead of returning it which I eventually had to do for another reason. The hard outer shell is pretty durable and protection for the inside contents which included my laptop, tablet , charging brick and other miscellaneous items, was not an issue. I'll be submitting an update to this review to include a video highlighting some of the main features as well as the major flaw which eventually resulted in a return. A five day business trip was a major test for the backpack and it served as my carry-on. I did end up using the expanding option but it held all my devices as well as an extra set of emergency clothes. It fit comfortably under my seat on the plane and was easy to access during the flight. It was also easy to use passing through TSA security. Prime features include a padded back with a "hidden" pocket under a luggage strap. It has two usb outlets on the one lower side which was really convenient to charge my phone on the go. The only complaint is that it only has the older usb connections so I had to use a usb C adapter. There is also a convenient carry-handle on the top of the pack. One feature I really liked was that the rigidity of the hardshell made it easy to stand the pack upright. THE MAJOR FLAW ... Let me preface this by saying I really do like the backpack and received multiple compliments from associates and complete strangers while I was using it. However, this one major manufacturing flaw makes it difficult to justify the somewhat steep asking price. (I'll highlight this issue when I update with the video) The inside of the pack is lined with a smooth material that is attached to the sides of the backpack, The side opposite the laptop pocket has a small zippered pocket. The material is glued to the sides of the backpack but the pocket area very easily pulls away and ends up detaching from the side of the backpack. This results in significant droop of the material and loss of use of the pocket which then gets in the way. Even after receiving an exchange the exact thing happened on the first day of use which was very disappointing. I'll still use the pack but this issue ruins an otherwise very nice travel accessory.

This backpack is perfect for laptops. It's durable, secure, high quality, well-designed, and I've lost count of how many times the hard shell has protected my laptop from falls. It's perfect for traveling, motorcycling (or biking), or daily use on campus.

There's a glaring design issue with this product. The concept is that the hard shell will protect your thousand dollar+ laptop, however the sleeve for the laptop is on the opposite site of the hard shell, exposing it to bumps and damage. This completely eliminates the purpose of the bag. Other than that, it's an okay bag.

I'm at hero to my son for getting him this modern backpack instead of an old fashioned briefcase for his first 'real' job. Well built, sleek styling and adjustable.

A very suitable product for a backpack for urban usage/travel. The hard case takes all the knocks comfortably while protecting the contents. The expansion feature is useful for those occasions when you are carrying a bit more items than usual.

Damaged bag, bag feels cheap and due to the shipping the bag was found damaged when it was delivered the item was delivered in a plastic bag and not protected during shipping. Then customer is responsible to pay at their cost to return the item back and not covered by the retailer who should of used a box for the delivery to protect the item.
