Arrived on time and was able to fill a 18 x 18 pillow with 1/2 pound of fill. The pillows are fluffy but not too soft when you need them for back support on my slightly deeper than average couch. My husband also finds them comfortable when he stretches out to watch TV at night and wants some padding behind his head against the firm arm of the couch. Could not have got a ready made form for twice what the fill and ticking coast me.
