I use this every day to make my breakfast. The eggs turn out perfect, and it doesnโt make any mess in the microwave. Itโs easy to use, easy to clean, and feels well made. I highly recommend it!

Works great!
I really like this product. This is so easy to use and easy to clean. My eggs turn out perfectly. In less than a minute, my eggs are done. No heating up the stove, no dirty pans, no waiting for the pan to heat up. I recommend this product.

Sunnyside up eggs in a minute!
I bought these to use for work. I always think that eggs are the best and easiest proteins. And any lunch seems extra fancy with an egg on top! I took a star off because if you don't put some oil or butter on this then your eggs will stick to the wall. I don't have oil at work and I don't like to cook my eggs with butter. I've been using water so it's like pouch egg. All and all, good little gadget for microwave eggs, easy to use, easy to clean. Will probably use more of this now since we are lifting our Covid teleworking policy and going back to working in the office starting in May.

Eggs stick to the plastic and are hard to clean off
I carefully followed the instructions. However, the eggs stuct to the plastic, and they also boiled over. The stuck egg white was hard to clean off the cups. Next, I wiped the inside of the cups with a light coat of olive oil before cooking to prevent the eggs from sticking to the plastic, that worked, but the eggs still boiled over. Once, I forget to pierce the egg yolks, the eggs exploded, blowing the lid off the cups, and made a real big mess in the microwave oven. Real junk, waste of money. I finally just tossed them in the trash.

So basic, strange that it works so well.
OK, I tried different variations on Cook settings & styles. For me, this turned out perfect. I have a sharp carousel 2.2 in.ยณ 1200 Watt microwave (Every microwave setting is different, so you may have to experiment). I set it for one minute at power level six. I took a small dab of oil and put it inside the cup, wiping it around inside. I then filled the container halfway (yes, half) with water (water must be the first thing, then put in the cracked egg). Covered lid, did not do any poking of the yolk with a fork or any other extra work. Came out perfect. Just a suggestion, if youโre going to experiment with your microwave, put a kitchen towel over the container to reduce your frustration if something goes wrong and it pops. I know that filling the container halfway with water may seem odd, but it actually cooks the egg evenly and is more of a poached style (just hold the container sideways afterwards to drain water). I have a steamer to poach eggs that I bought years ago, this microwave recipe is identical. I raced myself using my stopwatch, traditional stove top method versus this microwave method. From start to finish (including cracking the egg and clean up afterwards) the stove top was 12 minutes, the microwave version was 2 minutes !

This one is a winner!
We LOVE this egg poacher. I'm glad I read the other reviews here on Amazon so I knew exactly what to do. You've got to ignore the instructions and experiment until you get it the way you want it. Every microwave will probably be different and every person likes their eggs done to a different specification. Experiment til you get it right for you; it won't take long. Spray the cups with some non-stick spray before you add the eggs or they will stick. Add one egg to each cup and pierce the yolk with a fork. Add 1/2 tsp. water to each cup and put the lid on. The lid does not click on or seal tightly and that DOES NOT MATTER. I like my eggs with the whites cooked and the yolks a bit runny, and I cook mine for one minute and 10 seconds on power 7. I like this egg poacher because the eggs come out big and nothing is wasted, you get the whole thing. And there is no water left in the poacher to drain out. Your eggs are ready to put right on your toast or in your plate, however you like them. This one is a winner. I threw my old poacher out.

Lid did not fit
I don't think I would buy this again. I bought 1 and I returned it because the top did not snap on properly. I received another one and it was the same way. The plastic lid seems to be warped and will not fit. I did try it with the lid just sitting on top it worked ok. The thing is it took 3 minutes to cook it like I liked it. Some people had no problems with it. One other person did besides me. I will still use it though. Maybe just check it out.
