Works great, better than any probiotic Iโve ever tried
This stuff is amazing for resetting your gut. Post surgery, post anti-biotic, etc. Isnโt the easiest to take, as youโre making a shot (about 2-3oz) of liquid with the powder dissolved. Tastes chalky, and with a slight vanilla flavor. Not bad, but nothing youโll crave. However, youโll start to notice it working after just a couple of days. Excellent probiotics. Itโs expensive though.
