It helped me understand my girl better. She's totally different from my other 2 German shepherd, and I've owned MANY GSDs throughout my life. How long?** A: It took almost 2 weeks for them to receive mine, it's mailed to Canada and up to another 2 plus weeks to get results. You should be able to check online to see if they've received it and if it's processing etc. **Q: In the picture above, can you please share the breed of the dog with his jaw open?** A: If it's purebred, it's most likely a Catahoula Leopard dog. It could very well be a mix breed or (less likely) a smooth collie or smooth border collie. **Q: How long - been 8 was and still nothing** A: Please contact us directly so we can find your test. Results are emailed in 2 weeks or less so you need to make sure instructions were followed and the test was registered. **Q: Will this tell me what percent wolf and what kind of wolf my dog is?** A: THIS IS THE RESPONSE THAT I RECEIVED FROM THE COMPANY-"Your Hybrid DNA test results reported negative. There is no Hybrid (Wolf-Coyote) DNA in your dog". This was followed up about a week later with a multiple page/graphs DNA report that showed the makeup of my dog which was 40% Siberian Huskie and 55 % German Sheppard with a trace of Other. At first I thought it would be funny if they gave me a different result - turns out it wasn't funny. After some back and forth, their customer service? person Angie resorted to gas lighting and condescension, ending with suggesting I see my vet - which makes no sense. If you are doing the test, make sure it's just for fun, as the information is not reliable and this is just a gimmick. First test seemed accurate and fit with my dogs looks/behavior. 4 breeds given - and I had included a picture of my dog. The new test gave only 2 breeds, and I did NOT include a picture this time, to see if there was any influence on the results the first time... I guess there was! Her allergy testing was wrong as well - I knew of one allergy for sure, but the test came back that she had no sensitivities to it.
