Review: Works just like I had hoped - The speaker arrived exactly as the images looked. I admit I was a tad concerned since the images of the product appear to be computer mock ups; so if that is what is holding you back, you can rest easy. As many others have mentioned, the sounds quality is not stellar, but it was never meant to be. This is a display piece designed to look cool, not satisfy any audiophiles. With that said, it does put laptop speakers to shame easily and, with a little bit of EQ on your side, will sound pretty decent overall! The quickest fix I've found is just to increase the treble / cut the low-mids on your music player since this speaker is pretty mid-heavy. I've only had this speaker a day and bought it just for use at work, so I won't be using it to really crank out music and will not be a good resource for that aspect of a review. But, barring a malfunction which destroys the device happening in the future, I see no reason not to give it a good review and would recommend it to anyone who wants a fun speaker for a work area.

As other users have mentioned, it's not the absolute best speaker, but it is pretty good. I've got it in my office at work, and it has gotten a ton of compliments. The key to having this work correctly is to make sure that the unit you get doesn't have loose magnets in the base. I got two of these; one as a gift with good magnets and one I bought with loose magnets. The one with good magnets in the base is relatively easy to position so that it is suspended, and it doesn't have any issues wobbling out of the sweet spot and crashing into the base. However, the one I got with loose magnets was almost impossible to suspend in the sweet spot, and it quickly fell to the base. Over time, the hover feature wouldn't work at all. Luckily, desertcart's return policy allowed for me to send it back. You can tell if the magnets are loose by shaking the base softly. If there's a significant rattle, you've got a defective unit.

**Q: Will firing a proton torpedo blow it up?**
A: yes, but you must first switch off your targeting computer and be able to bullseye womp rats in your t-16 back home.

**Q: Can you connect speaker via usb.  windows 10 with skype for business tends to not like bluetooth connectivity.**
A: It only has USB for charging. Bluetooth on Windows 10 is working just fine.

**Q: Can It synchronize with Alexa**
A: Yes.

**Q: I cannot get this to levitate.  What am i doing wrong?**
A: It’s hard to do. I let the ball rest on my fingers and slowly lower it down until all the green lights are either on or off ( which ever it is when levitating. I’ve not done this in awhile)
Also,  Keep this in mind, in the fine print of the directions it states that if the ball is levitating and the power turns off it will dislodge the magnets inside when it falls to the platform. Basically, my arc star ball tilts now to one side because of it crashing down onto the levitation platform. All my fault for leaving it levitating when the power goes out or someone knocks it off levitation. It can still levitate but is much harder to set up because the magnets inside have shifted due to it being left on the platform  ( after crashing down) where the magnets are not equally repelling each other. Hope that helps.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Small speaker that does rotate

I have been thinking of wanting one of these speakers for over two years. I finally purchased this speaker. I got the speaker out of the box and charged it up. I grabbed my phone and got it connected and then played the music. The sound is okay, nothing loud, but is good for in my house. I then proceeded to get the ball to levitate and it works perfectly, first try and away it went. It has a steady rotation and looks nice. I only have had one issue, my cats and their tails getting the ball to wobble, an issue I knew could happen. I keep the ball away from the base plate, on the floor is where I had it until the cats rolled it into their metal food dish, nothing worse than to be woke up to a strange bang in the middle of the night. The magnet is very strong, it pulled the cat dish around and food all over the floor was not my idea of fun. I keep the ball in my dresser and away from other electronics and the cats. If you are looking for a fun blue tooth speaker, this one is and I like it.
