Unfortunately it started to freeze up during use. Would put the same disc in another player and it would work fine so knew it was the player and not a defective disc. Sent DBpower a couple of short videos showing the problem occurring and within 10 days a new DVD player was delivered to my house with no need to return the defective one. Dealing with this company was amazingly easy and hassle free.
