I usually am pretty skeptical when it comes to these types of supplements but a girlfriend of mine highly recommend that I give this product a try. I suffer from depression, anxiety and PTSD. I do not like to use medications though because of the side effects I get from them such as feeling numb to any and all emotions and just being very lethargic and zombie like. I prefer to take a more natural approach to treating my health issues. I really had nothing to lose with trying these pills out. I had low expectations to be honest. The pills arrived within a day and I eagerly took two as instructed and waited for something to happen. When I tell you these pills kicked in within a day you probably wouldn’t believe me. I literallt woke up feeling refreshed! Actually, that night I took them I had some sound sleep, I actually had a good deep sleep because for the first time in a long time I had a dream. When you dream that means your body and mind is in its most relaxed state and you’re sleep cycle is in REM. I woke up in a great mood which is rare because I’m totally not a morning person at all. I had more pep in my step, the energy was the most noticed change I had. I walked into work smiling and talking to people for once lol. I also felt that the things that I would normally obsess about didn’t bother me nearly as much as they did before. This continued for the rest of the time I was taking it. My appetite was more suppressed as well. I wasn’t emotionally eating. I also had enough energy to start running again. I have been going to the gym daily, sleeping better and more engaged with my family and friends. I feel that this product has given me back my life and am so thankful that my friend introduced me to these wonderful little pills. I would totally recommend these and actually have to several of my friends. Don’t believe me? Just try them out for yourself! I would order these again and again!

Let me start off by saying..If you are hesitant to buy these...Dont BE! Back in late June I got into a car accident that has caused me to be stranded at home while my truck gets fixed. Needless to not know...It is still in the shop almost a month later. Within that time I have started feeling anxious which brought on anxiety and racing thoughts that made me irriated and then came on depression and the random crying fits! Being couped in the house even excerising every other day was not helping.. I knew all of my emotional unstableness was from being indoors for so long. But I had also battle with it when I was younger. Needless to say, l ran across 5HTP awhile back from a friend. After endless research I came across these. Skeptical?...YEs as I am with everything that is somewhat natural. Im not a fan of prescribed medications as past experience made everything worse. Bought them and arrived same day..Took two before going to bed hoping they would work and hopes to feel different in the morning. Surprisingly, I DID! Have been taking them for 6 days now one in the morning and one mid day close to dinner time...And I Have too say everything I have been feeling is GONE! I feel more focused, alot calmer, no racing thoughts, anxiety is gone and I am sleeping wayyy better. I am still in shock as too how quickly these have worked for me and no side effects. Even my husband says my moods are different less cranky :) I didnt tell him I was taking them so that is a plus to know.

My therapist told me to check out 5HTP. I’ve tried others but this brand works best for me. I put it right by my front door so I never forget to take it before I go to work. It’s lowered my anxiety and helped me keep calm and my anger lowered. It doesn’t seem to do anything for sleeping for me but apparently it helps others.

Before taking this supplement for the first time, my mind was haunted by deeply negative thoughts. My self-esteem was at its lowest point, I had constant mood swings, severe anxiety for no reason, major symptoms of depression, feelings of hopelessness, and the list goes on from there. Prior to trying this supplement, I dabbled into some other "substances" which were serotonin inhibitors, and I noticed that every time I took those substances, those symptoms I had mentioned prior would fade. These substances in question were things I could not do everyday though, definitely not good for me. So, I turned to this, and let me tell you, it has done everything those other substances had done and more. I don't necessarily feel "happy" all the time, as one may expect if you are not familiar with serotonin works, but rather, I feel stable. No more mood swings. Self-esteem seems pretty regular. I feel more awake, and I have the ability now to laugh, smile, and genuinely be happy without having to fake it. Sometimes I'll have a negative thought enter my head, but rather than having it turn into a non-stop influx of negative thoughts, I can easily dismiss it. And I mean easily too, I don't even give those thoughts any time of day. This has all been observed for me on day one of taking this supplement. I am in awe at how well it has worked, I would not be writing this review right now if I wasn't absolutely taken aback by how profoundly this has impacted me. Day one of taking this thing and I feel like a new man. I really don't know what else I can say, but honestly, I'd like to thank Arazo Nutrition for making such a great product. I am going to take this product until it stops working for me, which will hopefully be no time soon. Thank you Arazo Nutrition, I am really looking forward to fixing my life and becoming the man I need to be all thanks to this product.

Una o algunas cápsulas llegaron reventadas. El bote y las demás cápsulas están llenas de lo que salió de las cápsulas rotas. Se perdió parte del producto.

Veo muchas opiniones sobre que no les funciona, yo tenía muchos días que no podía conciliar el sueño además que tengo trastorno de ansiedad, y este suplemento+melatonina+ejercicio han sido una bendición. No le dejen todo el trabajo al suplemento.
