Great Printer
I do love this printer. I own a greenhouse and bought it to put QR codes on my retail products. The thermal printing works well and does not smear when it gets wet. I use Label Live to print to it which is an amazing app. I would highly recommend that combination if you need a printer app as well. I've had the printer for a whole season now and have no issues with it. It prints fast and has held up very well in the greenhouse environment (warm and cold temps as well as high humidity).

Wish I bought this one in the first place.... Hands down the best printer...
I went through few printers until finally I ordered this one and am very happy with it. Prints well at an awesome speed, doesn't cut the labels (which is what I was looking for), I bought few other printers that I ended up returning for one reason or another... Wish I bought this one in the first place. I am very happy with it.

An absolute nightmare to set up
I purchased this to use with the Square POS system and supposedly it is "plug and Play". hours and hours later I am going to return it. We tried to install on 3 different computers - Zebra drivers don't work on Chromebooks or Macs and it didn't print when we installed it onto a windows based laptop. I called tech support three different times and got three different answers - to activate bluetooth I needed a windows computer (we have a mac and chromebook...). then it turns on that my serial number model didn't actually have bluetooth. I tried to use the CUPS on my MacBook Air but it couldn't find the Zebra printer (even though it was connected via USB). It could be that I have a lemon. I'm quite frustrated and technical support seems to work on bankers hours. "I'll get a call back on Monday morning" isn't good enough.

Great printer, driver disk missing
The printer works perfectly, although I had to download drivers from the internet. Driver disk was missing.

Great value
We got a refurbished unit at about half the cost of a new one. We were missing a part and customer service sent it to us promptly, not it's working perfectly and I'm pleased with the purchase.

ZD410 pretty good.... *when it's working*
The ZD410 works pretty well *when it's working*... I've worked with these printers for a couple years now and we have had constant issues with printing labels incorrectly, off center, spitting out the whole roll of labels, etc. We have started replacing the ZD410 with the ZQ series and that seems to have a
