Wow!  Bought size 11.5.  I have a long, slender foot and this boot fits me like a glove.  The width is narrow which is what I need, and the arch is perfect in that it hugs my arch exactly where it needs to be.  They had my foot in mind when they made this boot.  Usually I have to add an extra insole but with these narrow boots none are needed.
