It heats up really quickly and works in seconds even if ice cold water was poured into it. It steams all types of materials really well including linen. I love it so so much and use it all the time specially when travelling. Yes, the tank is small which needs refilling frequently when steaming large pieces of clothes but that is a given since the steamer is meant for travel. Refilling it is not an issue at all! The wire is so long and does not limit the usage of the steamer! It does not come with a bag though which was not mentioned on the box either ways. I think amazon’s description was wrong bc the product itself does not come with a pouch from the manufacturer.
