The contains are colourful. It is more oily than tomato-ish. It has good taste. I ate it with rice on side.The ingredients are (from label): eggplant, tomato, sunflower oil, onion, green pepper, tomato paste, gralic, parsley, salt, sugar. The expiration date is clear stamped on lid. The lid has a pulling up ring. It has 380g=13.4 oz net weight. It is made in Turkey.
