After only a few days you really start to notice the boost in energy on a day to day basis from the time I wake up to the time I go to bed. Spermidine is NOT derived from any "ejaculates." It is the from the "Germ" part of a wheat grain. Whole-grain wheat is Bran, Endosperm, and Germ. (NOTE: non-whole-grain and bleached wheat flour is just Endosperm. Definition of Endosperm = "the part of a seed which acts as a food store for the developing plant embryo, usually containing starch with protein and other nutrients." THIS IS NOT ENDOSPERM!) Spermidine, despite having its name say "sperm," is from the wheat GERM (and NOT the endosperm). The non-FDA-approved opinions of Spermidine are that it might "improve insulin resistance and improve metabolic endotoxemia"... and that it may be used to fight type-2 diabetes. My mother's doctor recommended it during our start of a Keto diet. She has been losing weight steadily, but there are A LOT of other factors too.

Maybe it’s not supposed to be a physical noticeable difference. I don’t know but I didn’t notice any difference at all so not going to continue these. To be fair, I did try other brands and couldn’t tell any difference in those either. So I don’t know if these work or not
