Worth the money
I’ve been talking prenatal gummies from a different company that I felt really wasn’t beneficial but simply going through the motions so that I can say “yes I’m taking my prenatal vitamins, eye roll”. I was on YouTube seeking for a video of “what to take during pregnancy to give baby healthy glowing skin”. Pregnacare was suggested so I figured why not. I started taking it three days ago and I can honestly say my body feels like I’m actually giving my baby something beneficial rather than just taking something. Also the taste doesn’t bother me but that could be because I’m used to drinking not so tasty things daily, such as black seed bitters, apple cider vinegar or shots of liquor before pregnancy. Therefore a little orange flavor is really no big deal. Especially if it helps to give me a juicy fluffy baby.

A must have
I don't like tablets and this was a great alternative. Taste was great and easy to use.

Much safer than anything on the market in the US
Natural ingredients, I hate pills hard to swallow for me. The way gummies are made grosses me out so that’s a no. I’ll give the taste a 6 but over all am happy with this product.

I'm annoyingly incapable of swallowing capsules and tablets, so seeing the pregnancy vitamin leading brand offering a liquid version helped me to get in those important nutrients early on. I don't agree that this liquid tasted like orange – rather, the orange taste is there to mask the taste of iron (metallic), but I don't find it does a very good job. I had a pretty average experience with morning sickness for the first 3 months. I was vomiting every other day to two days in a row with the odd break. This liquid is quite harsh on the stomach, and if you're quite sensitive to scents and vomiting due to taste, like many are during pregnancy, this may be a difficult product to take. Having said that, this didn't make me vomit after taking it, unless I had an empty stomach. I got quite good at understanding that if I chugged a bottle of water shortly after waking, I would generally throw it up (much more pleasant than bringing other liquids/solids up), and then I ate something and took this not long after. At that point in my pregnancy I was only ever sick at most maybe 3 times a day. After figuring this out, I had never brought it back. Everyone will be different and various scents and tastes will trigger different people, so on that basis, I think it's worth a try. I think it's good value for money, especially when it is on offer, and it generally feels like you're doing a good thing by taking it. I would take this using a standard medicine spoon. It has a good consistency, not too liquidy, but not too thick. Very easy to take, but not the best in terms of lingering taste. Overall, I preferred this to gummies, which may be a good alternative to others if they don't get on with this product. Another alternative would be to take a standalone vitamin of folic acid for the first 12 weeks and then add in a vitamin D supplement. One thing I absolutely do recommend though, is iron and b12. I stopped taking this in the later months and did end up with iron deficiency anemia and low b12, simply due to just being pregnant, but often wonder if this might have helped stabilise my numbers a little better.

Flavour not too bad. But do get a taste of Metallic once swallowed. Not too thick which easy to go down. Always keep in fridge once opened.

I looked in so many shops for either small capsules or a liquid form for pregnancy vitamins. I couldn’t find one anywhere until I looked on amazon. Because of my morning sickness I knew tablets were going to be a problem but this was very easy on the stomach and never caused me to be sick. The orange flavour wasn’t the most pleasant but I wasn’t drinking it for the flavour. Contains all recommended vitamins for pregnancy. The bottle didn’t last very long, for something you would potentially take for 9 months it would work out very expensive. It might just be something handy to take if suffering from morning sickness and then look for a better value capsule alternative afterwards.
