Well packed and everything looks perfect. But all screws of the fans were not tightened well. And during the first fly itself right limb stopped functioning and fell down. I followed all instructions mentioned the videos and this is the first time I experienced with this issues from a drone. May be I received a product with malfunction.

I bought this for my partner who always wanted a drone. It is an excellent starting drone. While the controls were a little confusing at first, it is now quite easy to fly. Being a cheaper model, it doesn't do well in slight winds or have a particular long battery life but an excellent buy nontheless.

Overall: The Ruko U11S is a solid choice that outperforms others in its price range. As someone new to drones, I spent a lot of time researching before deciding on the U11S. I looked at several top-rated brands, including Holy Stone, but at the price point, Ruko offered more of the features I wanted. The U11S is stable, intuitive, and packed with helpful functions such as Remote ID, Follow Me, and Return-to-Home (RTH). Highly recommend! Additional Insight: Equally impressive is Ruko’s outstanding customer service. After purchasing, I reached out a few times with questions/concerns, all due to my beginner learning curve, and each time, they responded quickly and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. When I posted a review mentioning frustration with the controller’s charge life, Ruko immediately contacted me, offered a replacement, and followed up until the new unit arrived. Whether choosing the U11S or another Ruko drone, this company stands behind their products. Great features, good price and exceptional customer support is what sets Ruko apart!

Exactly as described!! This drone makes you feel like a veteran flier on the first day. Very easy to use. I had a lot of concerns, from connectivity to the quality of the drone to the ease of use... the list goes on. Pros: Easy to use Excellent battery life Excellent Range Auto hover feature Follow feature Excellent camera quality Very durable I flew this drone around our property quite a bit. I originally wanted something to play with that I could also use to keep an eye on the pastures for coyotes so I wouldn't have to constantly walk out on the property. This drone does all of that for me now. I can fly by camera or fly by sight. I am very pleased with this drone and its quality. I live out in the country and part of that is trees. The instructions obviously say to fly it in open areas like fields parks etc... but we don't all have access to areas like that. This drone handles very well, and negotiating the obstacles of trees was a much easier learning curve than I expected. As far as durability, I got more confident as I flew, so I flew faster around those trees, and the inevitable happened... I crashed, and several times... those tree branches come out of nowhere???!! So after several high speed interventions one of the propeller assemblies finally failed (they handle impacts quite well all things considered). No problem!! In just a couple of minutes, I had taken out 2 screws and installed one of the spare propeller assemblies, (included in my purchase, thank you Ruko), and I was back in business. Cons: none really...the closest I can come to a con is the set up instructions... I went through the instructions a couple of times, and there is a step in there where it says to connect to the wifi. That is the sum of its clarity. After a couple of youtube videos I determined through visual recognition that that's not EXACTLY what they meant. If you're like me, your phone is already connected to wifi... lol. What they mean in that step is to connect your phone to the DRONE via a wifi signal that the drone generates while in that phase of the setup. And this was a little thing that didn't take me too long to figure out. So if that's the only drawback of this drone I can come up with, I think they are doing pretty well. I would DEFINITELY recommend this drone to a friend! Worth every penny. And with the spare batteries they include, you can fly until YOUR done, instead of when the drone is... -Happy Customer

my son received this as a present and absolutely loved it! the customer service is excellent and for the price of this Ruko F11, the material and look is great and system friendly to set up for a first time young user.
