I take my shoes off, get in, and I am handed two yoga mats, two of these, and bedding. While everything else gets unloaded onto the picnic table (I said it wasn't minimalist camping), I'm in the tent at work - unroll the yoga mats, unroll these puppies, open the air vents, and snap them together. I throw down a couple of flat sheets and blankets and leave them. By the time we've started a fire and set up, these have fluffed up enough that I just blow about 10 big breaths into each and we're good. It WILL be easier if you can store them "inflated." They did take a while to inflate the first time, so I let them sit for a few days to give the foam time to expand and there was no issue the next time. They were easy to roll back up and get back into the bags.
