Using water that is too hot. Can definitely damage your large Intestine. I wouldn’t use water over 102°. I wouldn’t use water that is below 98° or it will make you cramp really bad.

This is a decent enema bucket.
This and I’m a bucket works well. I would recommend getting a digital kitchen thermometer. Using water that is too hot. Can definitely damage your large Intestine. I wouldn’t use water over 102°. I wouldn’t use water that is below 98° or it will make you cramp really bad.

WARNING - Blue tinted tubing likely to cause harm
WARNING: new tubing (tinted blue) is unsafe. Unsure of the mechanical reason why. My adult daughter got a perforation with it. She fully recovered- but it was awful. I switched to this tubing and did okay until a couple days ago and ended up with a tear from it. Even when I thought I was going slow and being careful! I am going back to my previous tubing that this use to come with.
