Art Naturals Essential Oil Diffuser and Top 8 Essential Oil Set

Ordered this diffuser set and upon arrival the rosemary bottle was missing a seal and had emptied itself into the shipping box :( not good, I contacted lucy at hollywoods best llc (my seller) and immediatly received a response... on a saturday no less. I explained the issue and was plesently suprised when she offered and instant reply with a solution that included shipping me a new bottle of rosemary and a bottle of their zen blend (very nice). The replacement was shipped exactly when she said it would be and arrived in great condition. So I would give the product which does exactly what it is supposed to do and does it well, four stars and the customer service earned the fifth. The diffuser works well in small rooms, would not recommend this one for a larger room as it just doesn't have the output to desperse it over a larger area. The oils are pleasant and strong, 5 to 10 drops is all it takes to get a nice even scent that is not overpowering, but is noticable.

This is my first time trying essential oils and oil diffuser. My friend recommended I try oils to help me with my many issues. So, I searched and searched for a good offer. Then, I stumbled upon this. I read the reviews and saw that there was sometimes a leaky bottle, but it didn't stop me from getting this set. It is honestly a very great buy! The oils are strong, so you need very little which saves you from buying bottles constantly. I know some hate strong oils, but this makes a little go a very long way! I can't go on without saying that I had a few leaky bottles, but they were not bad at all. It sort of made me laugh because now the room smells like peppermint and no one knows why. The oil diffuser is very nice too. I'm happy to know you don't have to use distilled water to run it. Thank the Lord for that! There is even a book that tells you different ways to use the oils for a combination of things. It's pretty awesome to me, especially since I'm new to all of this. So, if you're thinking of buying this, go for it! The leaky bottles are honestly not an issue. They really didn't leak that much, and I'm not sad or upset about it. Things happen but the world still turns. If you're looking for a good buy, I recommend this. It's a great starter and affordable!

I ordered this for my wife and it was shipped quickly. Packaging was secure and the oils are contained withing a foam lined box for easy storage. My wife mixed a couple of oils and poured in (8 ounces) of water. It has been running for several hours and the lavender and eucalyptus was fragrant when I arrived home. (8 ounces) - did not bring it to the max fill line, so there is plenty of room to fill it completely. It works perfectly as described and it doesn't take up much space. I would recommend this diffuser and oil set to anyone that is looking. It's very easy to operate and the oils should last quite some time as it is suggested to use 3 drops per oil mixed. The power cord is 110/120 volt and is approximately 6 feet in length. My main selling point was the overall reviews it had received, and I am rating it 5 stars. The color changing light is a nice touch, although you don'/t have to have it on. The included brochure / manual includes several oil combinations for multiple purposes, from cleaning to disinfecting. I got this in today, and let me just say, it's an adorable unit. It works PERFECTLY in my daughters room, and I love the oils that came with it. She will be able to use it as a night light, too. The reason I gave it only 4 stars out of 5, is that the oils had leaked during shipping. They were packaged by themselves, but in the same box as the diffuser. When I opened the box, I immediately noticed a VERY strong smell (though a good one!!). Upon opening the box that the oils came in, I realized quite a bit of the oils had leaked out, also ruining the booklet that came with them. From what I can tell, it looks like a good pamphlet.. I just can't read much of due to the oily residue. I set the oils this came with to the side until I can figure out what to do with them, and put in other oils I had on hand. The diffuser itself works JUST as described and we're more than happy!

First of all, I received this product very quickly and it was exactly what I wanted, needed, and looks just like the pictures. The diffuser is the perfect size, looks elegant, and works perfectly! My whole home smells beautifully. Secondly, I unfortunately received a bottle that had leaked during it's journey to my home, so it was only about half full. The bottle spilled onto the booklet (with recipes and different combinations of oils that pair well together and how they can help your mood, headache, etc.) So I was unable to read the majority of the booklet because it stuck together and ripped. HOWEVER, I had received an email from Jen with her personal cell number and texted her the situation. I didn't expect to hear back so quickly (within minutes) and I will now be receiving a new booklet, a new Lemongrass oil, and two complimentary oils of my choosing! What amazing, fantastic, incredible costumer service! I really did not expect such great costumer service, response time, and to receive complimentary gifts. I appreciate it so much and highly recommend this product!!! Thank you so much!!

I bought this product because we got one at work and I really enjoyed it. I’m super happy with the oil infuser! It’s easy to use, the color changing lights and fun, and I really like that you can set it to only go for 3 or 8 hours. It also came with 8 essential oils. The lavender is excellent as a sleep aid, and the peppermint helps my sinus headaches. My only complaint is that the lemongrass bottle must have had a small crack in it because it was leaking into the packaging as you can see in the picture. Not a big deal though, I just store it upright in another container. I’m very happy with it!

I am going to rate this review right in the middle for the following reasons. I must start with the positive, The diffuse is great. on the small size but will diffuse all night if I put a sleep blend in. I like that it has a total on, 1 hour, and 3 hour setting. The LED lights are also neat, you can either have it cycle colors, or tap the button again to stop on a color that you want. The oil recipe booklet they provide is also useful for beginners like myself to learn different oils and their many uses. Now the Bad: Art Naturals oils are not good. Yes, they are cheap, and that is for a reason. Please do research on oil purity and REALLY look at art Naturals claims etc before buying the oils. That being said. the first night I used my diffuser with Lavender it smelled decent. My wife and I however both woke up the next morning and she was complaining of a headache, I too had a small one. Please note that she is SUPER sensitive to chemicals, I am not. I went to the booklet and found the headache relief recipe and decided to try it out. It seemed to help, but I ended up taking Ibuprofen. Fast forward a day, we did not use the diffuser the second night and neither woke up with any ailments. I happened to see a friend post about essential oils on facebook so I decided to comment. I mentioned the oils I got and was quickly redirected to check purity levels. Upon my initial research I quickly realized that I had purchased something that was doing little to nothing, and possible harm, not knowing what chemicals are truly being used. I was connected with another facebook friend who further explained the importance of purity and was able to get me in contact with a company who truly sells pure oil. I received my samples yesterday (free of cost mind you) and WOW, you can immediately tell the difference. we diffused all night last night and neither of us woke up with any issues, and both had a restful night sleep. All of this being said, FIRST TIME OIL USERS, DO YOUR RESEARCH! I now have a $17 set of oils that I will be throwing out since I bought as a package and don't plan to return the diffuser. I must again say the diffuser is just fine and I would recommend that to someone as a standalone purchase.

This is such a great deal! Not only are you getting an aesthetically pleasing product, but you are also getting it at great value. This smaller but powerful diffuser freshened up my larger kitchen and is spreading a lovely scent across the house. It comes with a starter oil set. The oils are not tiny bottles either! They are 10 ml bottles. I think one may have leaked in the box, but other than that this is amazing. The oils also come with information on what each oil is good for and their benefits. Overall I am really pleased with this product and will likely order more ArtNaturals products.
