What is the freezing point?

The freezing point of Aqua Charge alone is 32F. Aqua Charge is simply the dye/cleaning solution. This product will need to be mixed with Methanol to prevent freezing in temps below 32F. Use these rates to obtain a -20F freeze point: 1 quart Aqua Charge, 13 gallons Methanol in a 55 gallon drum, and top off with water.

Am I correct that this does not provide anti-freeze ? I think I have to add methanol to get the anti-freeze property that is in the ready to use...

Correct. You would have to add something to prevent it from freezing. This product didn’t seem much better than water and blue dye, so you might look around for other options.

I was mixing the product and got some on my hands , How do you wash it off? is like blue ink. Would stain the car's paint???

The dye is strong and leaves blue color stains on the white paint of the car and countertops. It will clean up but I don't like having blue spots after using the windshield washer. Will be returning the product.

would isopropl alcohol work to combat freezing?

Yes it does. My last batch I added 1 bottle of 70% per gallon and it is good down to about 15 to 20 degrees. Next time I'll add 2 bottles or find some 90%.
