Excellent product. Very high quality for a reasonable price. Sharp enough for vegetables and heavy enough for chopping. Beautiful handle and blade.

I’ve been using this almost daily for about six months now. Makes chopping onions and peppers a breeze and feels safer than a traditional knife because the blade stays away from my fingers. Good fit and finish, however I only hand wash and hang it on the wall so I haven’t tested it in the dishwasher.

Love this knife!!! Feels great in my hand, is super sharp and appears to be well made. Time will tell how well it will hold up.

Very sharp works great comfort in yor hand

The blade is nice, strong, and looks nice as well. For me, it has stayed sharp using it as my main chef knife with very minimal sharpeneing. The downside of this, if using it like my case instead of a chefs knife (I like the surface area for picking up material), is that the weight of the handle is double (or feels like it) the weight of the knife. For me, I just drilled holes in the handle which made it lighter, but I would much prefer a balanced knife instead. It is cheap, which is what makes it great and the blade stays sharp longer than other cheap ones I have tried. I would recommend it for butchery, but not as a chefs knife without modification.

I was looking for a cleaver I use this to cut chicken mostly it is the cheapest but the best cleaver knife I have ever owned I have a whole set of knives I can't believe this cleaver knife is off the charts

This is my favorite knife. It's weight is perfect for me, it's heavy but not tiring. It was super sharp out of the box. The handle is the perfect size for my chubby baby hands so I'm not cramping when chopping carrots and other hard veggies. Slicing meat is soooo smooth, almost like room temp butter. It has good balance, my wrist isn't killing me from trying to keep it in whatever position I need it in. Comes in a nice box with a sheath. Only downside is if you use a magnetic knife board the cleaver has so much metal on it that it attracts teaspoons and light measuring cups/spoons. I keep it sheathed in the drawer now. But I can use a refrigerator magnet to keep the food from building up on the blade as I chop, so maybe not a downside. And have made a few blood sacrifices, thought, so be careful.

I've had this for 6 months with constant use, and I haven't found any issues. It needs to be sharpened every once in a while, but that's expected. The knife itself is beautiful, feels great in my hand when I use it, and it's easy to cut with. I also love that it includes a sheath so that you don't get cut when you put it away and take it back out.
