Judge not.....
I have to rate this by cover alone as it was a gift for a very wonderful person. Does this make me guilty of judging a book by its cover? Oh my! Lovely jacket and image on front was hard to allow to slip from my hands into the gift wrap of one far more deserving to open the cover than I. Perhaps I can ask him if he liked it and update this review in the future?

Great salon gift!
My daughter owns a salon so I sent this to her as a surprise gift to keep on the coffee table at work. She said it is fabulous and was really thrilled to receive it. I saw the write up in Instyle magazine.

Sam "legend" McKnight offers us an insight into his much more than enviable career that stretches over 40 years- imagery from the supermodel, super photographer, super stylist shoots and 120 Vogue Covers that resonate as much today as they did first time around. His show at Somerset House until March 2017 in London exhibits many of the photographs blown up supersize and a special "room" with a large framed portrait of his boss and friend Diana, Princess of Wales, moving and poignant, they just don't make guys like Sam anymore. This book celebrates it all. buy if you want a trip into the real business of fashion.

This is a lovely book and Sam McKnight is on top of his game and one of the best session stylists out there. The book compliments his current exhibition at Somerset House. This book is very inspirational, it's a must for all hair session stylists.
