Exactly what I was looking for without spending too much money. It is a little difficult to assemble for the novice, however, I used a cordless torque driver/ drill with a Phillips head bit and it made life a lot easier when attaching the panel and sides together. If yo have someone to hold the pieces while you assemble it would be much better.Once it was put together it is very sturdy, my girlfriend and I both sat on it and it did not move or wobble.It is faux leather, but a good quality.the feet are just screwed on and simple to install, you could leave these off if you desire. We were missing (screws) and the structure of this item is horrible. Once it was put together one side looks crooked/ slanted like the edges don't meet. It almost looks like it is bent and it also looks like we received and item someone had returned due to the missing screws and how it was packaged.I was not able to return since it was needed for the holidays and I did not have alternate options. At this my husband and I agreed its just a decor piece with pillows and we don't allow anyone to sit on it. No verbiage on the directions. Missing screws. There is a gap about an inch wide between the top piece and the left side. The left side came with sticky residue on it. I've been assembling it over and over for 2 days.
