The sides and bottom clips are not ment to be open.From the top, where the lanyard is attached to. On each upper corner is a clear tip with a dimple, the dimple holds the two sides together. Gently pinch the dimple like an old coin purse one side at a time. Continue to pinch till its obviously separated.Once both corners are loose, bend the black flap side out where the crease is.The black backing is not meant to side out or pop out.
