Excellent!
Excellent product. Use it in Artisan sourdough bread, and sourdough starter. My go-to for whole wheat flour. Haven't found a Bob's Red Mill product that was anything but excellent.

Great flavor
Some wheat flours are dull and flat tasting. This flour bakes well and has a great taste. Also, the price is very reasonable.

Great flour and even greater price
pack of 4 bags of 5lbs, compact and neat packaging. The price at $15.96 for 20lbs of whole wheat flour is even greater and will keep buying anytime at this price level.

Had some issue's with rising but overall good flower, it is a bit expensive.
