Doesn’t put you to sleep
Been taking this for about 6 months after dinner, before bed. It seems to help the mom brain late night thoughts most nights and doubles as something to help keep you regular!

Amazing calm support to distress and chill
Amazing! Nice evening cocktail that helps me distress and become relaxed. I mix mine with carbonated water. The raspberry lemon is a little tart, but I dont mind that. This is the only flavor I have tried so far. I highly recommend.

A wonderful, relaxing product.
My husband loves this and uses it every night. I enjoyed the flavor but it is too acidic for me. If that doesn't bother you then this is the magnesium powder for you! You can adjust the dosage very easily with a power, too. It did help me sleep and a bit with muscle aches. just make sure to start at 1/4 dose, it will clean out your bowels if you increase the dose too fast.

Great taste and effective!
I love this stuff. It tastes like a treat mixed in a big glass of ice water. It helps with magnesium intake and I’ve been using it post-abdominal surgery to help keep everything moving.

Really works for sleeping
Do you have trouble, falling asleep or staying asleep? I certainly do, or should I say I did. This product is amazing. I have not slept this well in years and unlike melatonin it has no side effects. The Amazon price is very good. it does not taste bad at all and it’s easy to drink. Just mix with hot water and turn on the TV and sit and relax for a little while.
