It was so easy to setup and get connected. I haven’t had to use the tech support yet so I really can’t comment on that but so far I’m very pleased with it.

I worked with Mercku and they could not get the M6 to connect properly with Spectrum.

I purchased the M6 router. Honestly, I bought this device because it was Wi-Fi 6 and it looked really cool. I wanted to optimize my home network gigabit connection from my ISP. (My older router was bottle necking the speed I pay for). Got my new M6 router. Set it up and voila! The speed tests were registering FULL speed internet. I was elated. However, when I went to go use my wife connected devices (like my phone, computer, and streaming box) the latency was so painfully frustrating. Literally waiting 20 seconds or more for simple web searches to load. When I turn off my wifi - BOOM web search loads instantly. Connect back to Mercku M6 - no dice. I’ve updated firm ware, Factory reset the device. Shut off smart connect, changed channels. None of it works. Majorly disappointed in something I feel (at this caliber) should work straight out of the box. (And I’m quite tech savvy) Also noticing the same complaints on Reddit. Sorry Mercku. I really wanted this to be something I can rave about to friends and guests. May try Netgear instead.
