this product has a great taste and helps the digestion without discomfort. it gave me energy as well. my 16 year old daughter loves it. she mixes it with her orange juice and she feels full the whole day till lunch... we drink it in the morning and at night instead of heavy food. it has even helped our quality of sleep . no more late night heart burns...

I take this product in the morning and in the afternoon it starts working wonders. good for losing weight and system clean out.
