I bought this wrap to add color appropriate for the weather or terrain I'm in, when my rifle or bow isn't already painted that color. For example, many of my rifles are painted in greens and browns for camouflage, but that's not the best palate when there is snow on the ground. This wrap lets you quickly and temporarily wrap your gear in white and break up it's outline. It probably isn't super durable for long term use. It's not really intended to be. It works well for a season and then you will take it off and go back to your basic color. And in that sense it is great.

I love this self adhesive tape and use it for work all the time. I’m in the military and have found a plethora of uses for it from a thin wrap on my magazines for traction, wrapping it around the handguard of my rifle to keep the various cables and what not out of the way. I’ll cut thin strips and wrap it around my watch bands to make them more comfortable. The quality is great, it’s true to the color options and its ability to actually stick to itself and stay is surprisingly good. I did a field event where it rained, became abhorrently muddy, rained again then turned rather cold and the adhesive stayed stuck to itself the whole time and didn’t have any frays or unraveling. In my experience it’s been great

Got this as an experimental camera camo wrap for my Nikon Z180-600 and possibly others. WOW It works perfectly ! Easy to wrap on (got the 2” wide version), stays put with no sticky goop or tape, looks great and feels great !!! Just ordered more for other lenses and may even wrap my tripod legs. If this will be your purpose, it’s an amazing way to accomplish what the neoprene camo covers do much more inexpensively. If it does ever begin to peel or wear in any way, I’ll just order more. Takes only a few minutes even with cutting for smaller parts. Ten stars

Some reviews are right that the color design can be hit or miss. My first roll had a nice design, my second one the camo, looked kind of junky. But the most important thing is function, and this is the best tape I’ve used. For the people giving bad reviews because it doesn’t stick, no it doesn’t. It’s not supposed to stick. It sticks only to itself, so you have to wrap it around and partially cover itself to form a bond.

Got a bad seller, who didn't mind sending whatever they wanted, because they were out of stock. Made my review based on that experience, rather than the actual Gear Aid product. I already have some, and more on the way, so I do know it's a 4 to 5 star product. Works great for camouflaging things that aren't already camo. My only gripe is that I don't like the more "Arid" sections, and end up trying to cover or cut those parts out. They just seem to stand out. Both, to the naked eye, and under night vision. Other than that, this stuff is awesome. Original Review: I got Mcnett camo wrap, in no plastic or packaging. I believe Mcnett is a decent brand, and the roll I got was bigger and wider than a Gear Aid, but it's not the official OCP camo that Gear Aid comes in. Big problem for me, because I already have most of my kit wrapped in Gear Aid, and I need it to match that, and my OCP carrier, pouches, clothes, battle belt. I may find a use for this someday, but useless for my current project, and now I have to order again and wait on it. Too much hassle for me to return, and I'm just out the time and money. Excellent camo tape, it really does stick nicely to the stock. I didn't manage to camo all of my rifle with one roll but I did apply generously on the stock and the pistol grip. It makes the rifle VERY comfortable to hold imho. Please note that the colors and definition of the tape are rather blurr and pale but I think it's an advantage. I think it's going to do a great job at camouflaging my gear. I'll buy a 2 sd tape for the silencer and a few other piece of kits-knife shteath and handle, Klean Kanteen water bottle and the binoculars. To sum-up a quality product not some made in China cheap crap.
