Is this cameo 4 or cameo 3 blade, your first picture shown is cameo 3 kraft blade, which would i receive?

3mm blade can only work in Cameo 4. I think 2 mm can work in both Cameo3 and Cameo 4.

Will this work with Portrait 3?

No because kraft blade is designed for tool 2 with so much pressure
