This resulted in low back pain. The black band is the widest one, but it's actually the one with the highest resistance. The red is the lowest resistance one. They're super good quality and much better than the rubber ones since they don't bunch up at all. I think it's worth spending the money on these pricey resistance bands than having the rubber ones, which can wear out or snap and are just generally less comfortable.
