Set your wires in.... crank the nuts down to seal them (I would hit the inside and out with some silicone before cranking down)... then use your silicone to seal it down to roof (or wherever you are putting them.... give them a day or so to cure and then hit the housing with silicone on outside to seal them more! Simple to install.... There are no seals or ways to bolt or seal it included.
