Fast germination and a great deal for the price
Fast and high germination rate. The sprouts started coming up with two days! I'm going to grow flats of baby argula for salads.

High germination and great punchy taste
Good germination rate and great taste. Arugula seeds don't sprout in jars (these were listed as a recommended combo with a jar sprouter), but they grow great in a tray lined with a paper towel.

Easy to grow, bearded dragon loves the sprouts
Bearded dragons love arugala, this human not so much. Not wanting to waste big bags of greens that the beardie only eats and doesn't like adult leaves of, we bought these seeds. I just place a paper towel into a grocery store berry carton (taller is better) add 1/4-1/2" growing medium (I like the compact growing medium you add water to as it holds moisture well, even in the desert.) I sprinkle the seeds directly onto the soil, tap down but allow to stay on surface, add water, close up the plastic cartons and place in West facing sunlight. I water each day as I live in a desert, by day 2 I typically have sprouts and can harvest on day 4-6 depending on temps and sunlight. Oh, and the dragon devours it. We've never gotten her to eat greens like this before so it's well worth the minimal effort and we're going to save a decent amount, one bag of seeds is what we spent in 6 months on bagged arugala that half went to waste. Very happy.

Tasty, but difficult to work with the gelatinous seeds.
Update July 2023: I have found the easiest way to work with these seeds is to spread them onto the soil dry. The only thing is that they tend to then stick to the paper cap (which you soak before laying on top of the seeds). When you go to remove the cap, it tends to pull some of the seedlings out of the soil. So I'm still experimenting. But this method is better than dealing with the gelatinous goo. Original review: Once these grow, they are tasty. And the greens are full and fluffy, with tender stems. But working with the seeds is frustrating. When you soak them, you get mucilaginous (gelatinous) goo which is impossible to drain in a colander. Of course that's not a fault of the seller or this product. It's just the way arugula is. I don't know the trick to working with these seeds to make them less frustrating.

Great seeds!
Great seeds! They take root and sprout very quickly, and are bountiful growers! Very happy with them and they taste great! I've grown several batches now, and they've all done well. I use a 2-inch-deep clear drawer organizer to grow them in, with basic seed starting potting mix, and it's perfect. They do well on a east-facing window sill that gets morning light and afternoon "shade." The photo shows the growth after just 3 days, including germination! Fantastic growing speed!
