I was looking online for tips on how to best pack a cabin case to get maximum in the case. I couldn't decide on a 2 compartment case or 1 big compartment. Nobody had reviewed the item so I was undecided for a few days. Then i couldnt decide on the colour. My previous case was a one big section expandable case. A few years ago I had brought a 2 compartment case which was very small and i couldn't get hardly anything in it so used it for storing handbags. So although I liked the look of this case I was very worried it would not be any good.The item arrived today and I was pleasantly surprised. I emptied out the contents of my cabin case and put them into this case. I was very pleased. I managed to get all the contents into the bottom section and the other section is empty. I have a medium Eagle creek packing cube, a XS eagle creek packing cube, 2 pairs of shoes, a bag, and a wash bag, towel and various small items all in the bottom section. I could easily not use the packing cubes and roll the clothes and put it all in the smaller top section and have even more empty space for bringing extra items back.I did however have to think for a few seconds how to get into the case because it had 2 zips and when I opened one, I couldn't get past the second. The hidden expandable part. Managed to work that out relatively easily. But with one section already empty when I go away, I have more than enough room without expanding it.I emptied the packing out of the front two pockets and these pockets are 2 very handy pockets. One is deeper than the other. Don't know exactly how deep because I have not tried that out but it is definitely big enough to hold documents folded, if not laying flat. The other would definitely hold A5 documents.I have not used Samsonite before and I am pleased with this one. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Lasted 5 years *by J***L on 13 June 2024* Best business travel suitcase I ever had. Finally the handle clean snapped off. I’m ordering a Respark 55 to replace; looks to be closest new alternative. I’d pay to send it back to be fixed and keep it as a spare if I knew how.
