Looking at both rests there are some differences. If you are just using a rest for casual shooting and sighting in, I think The Rock would be just fine. The BR is much heavier (13 lbs vs 5.5 lbs) and has more adjustment. The BR comes with 2 different style front bags. The front rest on the BR also has a horizontal adjustment screw for fine left/right adjustments. They perform basically the same function but the BR is beefier. I think the BR would be more stable and more precisely adjusted for point of aim.
