Piri-Piri is yellow pepper and convinces with a slightly nutty aroma. The oil is ideal for dishes for which one would normally use conventional pepper. Meat dishes, stews and soups can be given a refined background spiciness. Akabanga has a pungency of around 100,000 Scoville and should only be used and seasoned in small quantities. The pepper oil comes from the volcanic slopes of Rwanda in East Africa.
