Is this foam waterproof?

This foam is not waterproof. There aren't foams that are waterproof but there are foams that are "Dryfast" - meaning the water will fall right through it. That's rather a "how long is a piece of string" question. This foam seems best for use in cushions. I wouldn't use it in a toolbox with anything other than lightweight tools. Pete

I don’t see why not. Comes in specific lengths and thicknesses, but 5 inch pretty hard to cut and maneuver.
