Liposomal Apigenin to boost NAD+
The Kirkland Group at the Mayo Clinic has shown that the natural enzyme CD38 usually destroys all supplement-provided NAD, NMN, NR, etc., before they can be used for NAD+ synthesis in the cell. IMHO, the best strategy for an NADH+ energy boost is to take daily 100 mg doses of liposomal Apigenin, which suppresses CD38 and protects the natural precursors of NAD+.

Caused terrible brain fog and tiredness
Does not work. Felt strange. Brain fog and weakness. I do not recommend the product personally.

First Apigenin review
Apigenin is a herbal supplement known for is sedative effects. As a first time user, I take 1 capsule before sleep. I wait about 30 mins to see if I feel anything. It does bring a light soothing calmness to you. But, I will use the whole thing for an future updated review. Easy to swallow, no hay reflex, no odd smell, hand is not sticky after handling the capsule. I recommend ! ๐

Smells a bit funky because of the capsules, but easy to swallow! Decent price. Liposomal is much better digested
