Was put on our 100 year old basement stairs, what a difference ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Difficult to glue down the nose. Otherwise great. *by Z***M on July 29, 2023* I installed these in a customer's wooden steps into their garage and they are very happy with them. But I did have to do some extra work to get the nose to stay down. The customer complained that if I hadn't their foot would catch on the lip. ### ⭐ Deformed during manufature, impossible to reform, Rubber-Cal advised known issue, told to return. *by A***R on August 12, 2024* Deformed during manufacture, cannot repair in field. I left in sun for 2 days, deformations did not relax. Put in oven at 250 degrees F and deformation did not relax nor could I cause it to relax by holding it straight while cooling. Contacted Rubber-Cal and they said this is a known issue, they had a bad batch from India, agreed that it cannot be reformed in the field and advised me to return it to amazon. They said the reports are sporadic so whether or not you will get good ones if you re-order is questionable. Was very good product if not deformed and perfect for my application. Very disappointed that this product was not recalled from sellers. Knowingly distributing defective products.
