UPDATE: This B12 no longer contains alcohol, and tastes better than ever! Seeing as I choose a mostly vegan diet, I've been hunting for the best b12 supplement for years now. I have had many liquids and lozenge forms over the years, and researched the best forms and methods of b12 for absorption. This is the first formula I've felt a notable effect from, even though it's the same dosage, technically. Shows how much the form (methylcobalamin), alcohol, and minimal other ingredients matter. If you are used to taking lozenges that stay under your tongue (for many minutes in some cases), you will never go back after trying a good liquid form, such as this. The alcohol that helps it absorb goes largely unnoticed, I can rarely taste it and don't mind it at all when I do. It compliments the delicious cherry flavor well. The cherry itself is not overwhelming or "medicinal" tasting like cherry NyQuil, but is strong enough that you don't forget it's under your tongue for the recommended 30 seconds. I genuinely look forward to squirting it under my tongue every day. Among the many forms of b12 I've consumed, only this has produced a "boost" I can recognize. I know the downsides of b12 deficiency, and have suffered from them multiple times. For me, this includes low energy levels, brain function, irregular metabolism/mood, etc. All forms have helped combat those, but I feel a "boost" from this stuff. I'm pretty attuned to notice subtle differences in how my brain and body are functioning and I feel more clear and energetic shortly after taking this. It feels very natural (appropriately...I mean "Why not?") and sustainable, like leveling up my base energy level, opposed to a spike from caffeine or similar that ultimately results in a crash to below the base level. I feel the other b12 I've had doesn't produce this effect, but just corrects my deficiency and keeps my functions regular and predictable, but not necessarily increased...if that makes sense. Honestly, the bottle is even great. It has all the information you could ask for printed on the tasteful, clear label. The dropper (maybe my favorite part) has ultra-convenient measurements right on it, so you're not left guessing how long the bottle will last or how much b12 you are getting. There's not too much or too little going on with the presentation. All in all, it truly seems no corners are cut in the making of this supplement. It follows good manufacturing practices, non-GMO, and MADE IN AMERICA! Batteries not included, your mileage may vary. Nevertheless, I absolutely believe in this product and feel I no longer have to search around for the best b12 for me. This really works for me! I was recommended by my doctor to try a liquid B12 vitamin, but the ones I could get at the drug store were a mix of B vitamins, too low dose (less than 1000mcg), and had a terrible, rancid berry flavor. This one can easily be dosed up to 500mcg using the graduation marks on the dropper (I recommend looking at it up against something white or very light in color, in a well-lit place to be able to read the brown marks with the red liquid in the dropper), and has a very nice natural cherry flavor (I love cherry). I have noticed a change in my energy levels for the better with this, when I never did with the drugstore ones. I now get this delivered regularly as I would not want to be without it.

First off, I was taking another well like brand but found out that one had ingredients that cause joint pain (hint) my knee stop taking that one and I saw that this was just B12 and nothing else but a few clean organic ingredients and MY GOODNESS it Taste so Good and My energy has Really shoot through the ROOF. My son has told me to sit and take a break LOL. My doctor refuse to do a blood test said I was fine, but I had all the symptoms of low b12 so not sure if my levels went up, but my Mood and Energy did and that is enough for me to keep taking. I will be purchasing again works for me. Very Good Stuff. By the way no more knee pain!!!!

Really appreciate the quality and flavor that is natural, yet pleasant. The only thing I do not like is that the measurement markings on the pipette are the same color as the liquid, making them nearly impossible to read.

This is a very good b12 supplement you can take just what you need from 1000-5000mg. it does not need to be refrigerated and that's a big plus. My neighbor even got some. and It will last for over 60-120 day depending on what you need. The cost is reasonable too. For me it is a great vegan option for those that are vegan.

It tasted good and its smell is neutral, it has a lot of benefits that makes me feel healthy. It is small to carry in my bag and I didn’t spend a lot of money for that

To be fair - I have tried a LOT of B12 supplements over the years. I am 80% vegan, so the doctor said it wouldn’t hurt to take B12. I have never noticed any significant difference in energy levels or spunk from any of the high end supps I’ve tried. This is another to add to the list. Excellent packaging, easy to use dropper dispenser. I was very apprehensive about the smell at first, because it smells exactly like cough syrup, which I can barely choke down when I’m sick. I hate the smell/taste of alcohol in most things, so I was quite worried I wouldn’t be able to actually use these drops. However, the taste is way sweeter and less alcohol-y than cough syrup! I honestly had no issue placing this liquid under my tongue and holding it there. Flavor was actually quite pleasant to me. Downside = I noticed absolutely no increase in energy or mental clarity or life ambitions, etc. I finished the whole bottle before writing this review to give it some time, and I’m sad that my world didn’t change dramatically like other reviewers’ have. Also, this item tended to ‘upset’ my delicate stomach. I had no pain or anything of that nature, but things became looser, if you catch my drift. Uppity. The label doesn’t clarify what sweetener they use (If I remember correctly, I’m not at home atm to check) and it just says “Natural Flavoring”, but I suspect it’s the sweetener that doesn’t agree with my fragile disposition. Sorbitol? Maltitol? Anything that ends in “ol” wreaks havoc on me, so... Yeah. Maybe it’s stevia? I don’t know. If your tummy can swing it, and if high dosage B12 supplements are what you’re in the market for, then this is for you! Tastes sweet and fruity, easy application, bypasses the intestinal tract. :)
