It came in a box that wasn't too large making it easy to fit through the door into the house. It was also really easy to assemble. It was done in about 5 minutes if you can believe it. The firmness is just right. Not too soft where you feel like you're sinking into the couch, but soft enough to feel well cushioned, comfortable and well supported. Love the color as well. Exactly what I expected from the color in product picture on Amazon. I attached a picture of it in the living room. The lighting isn't the best, but the color does match the product picture on Amazon. Both the right and left flanks do not groove in as the four metal grooves of the base are not properly positioned (mfg issue). It isn't the most comfortable couch, but it isn't "uncomfortable" either. Its somewhere in between. Where it lacks in comfort, it seems to excel in the ridiculously easy setup and construction. I put this together in 5 minutes. Everything just slid into place, Did step 1 in the instructions, looked at step 2, and then ignored the manual the rest of the way because it was just common sense.It does have a gap on the sides, but a couple throw pillows will fix that. Overall, Zinus seems to be impressive in their affordable furniture. Bought a bed frame that I absolutely love from them as well.UPDATE: The cushions do not last very long. Right in the middle of the couch, the cushion has pretty much all but left the couch itself. It is definitely not comfortable and now, you can feel the springs in the couch. It has been almost a year, and I am already looking to replace the couch itself. Definitely not a long term use couch. Maybe something you stick in a corner and hope that nobody ever really uses.
