**Q: Is this a pair?**
A: Yes it’s a pair

**Q: I want to know how much weight it can hold?**
A: I use it on cable machine for aduction and abduction plus glute raises but I’ve only pulled 40lbs. However the material is very stable and the clips are very strong.

**Q: Can the front straps adjust tight enough to usevtge back anchor for leg extensions?**
A: Would not recommend doing that

**Q: Can you attach cable to the side rings as well? Thank you**
A: Technically yes, but I do not think they were made for heavy lifting

Omg so disappointed the hooks at my gyms do not fit into the hole of the attachement of this item. This is such a flaw and k will ask for my money back .
